Background
From 2009 Egypt National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority removed the prohibition of importing and manufacturing GPS devices. However there are still some restrictions on importing, the door of business opportunities has opened.

Challenge
HH Import-Export and Trade Agencies is a professional company in the business of GPS device trading, and targets in Egypt and rest Middle East countries. Egypt Custom still holds extremely strict regulations on GPS devices importing. All GPS devices must pass a series of standards. Due to the government restrictions on GPS import, the logistical cost is still very high and the transporting time is not such satisfied.

Solution and outcomes
According to Egypt Government requirements, Concox cooperated and coordinated with HH and help them to acquire the Certification of China Telecommunication Technology Labs, which is critical for HH to meet Egypt government import standard. That certification is a strong evidence for solid quality of Concox’s GPS trackers as well. As the result, HH has successful sold thousands GPS tracking devices.

To solve delivery problem and provide the best service to our partners, Concox engineers offered detailed instructions to HH technicians and provided online training. Concox also delivered parts, electronic components and other accessories periodically.
